Kontur is an independent think tank. We transform complex data into clear, evidence-based insights to foster quality decision-making across defence, sanctions, and the public sector. Our goal is to enhance the efficiency of public governance in Ukraine.
As the global order grows increasingly unpredictable, institutional resilience in security and defence deprives our adversaries of the ability to exploit shadow networks and corruption.
Mission
To strengthen Ukraine's security and defence capabilities. We establish institutional ties among the public, the state, and international partners.
Our workflow
OSINT
We combine analytics, open-source intelligence, and in-depth monitoring.
Actionable Data
Our findings serve as a turnkey toolkit already used by the Ministry of Defence, the Defence Procurement Agency, NACP, Ukroboronprom, sanctions authorities, and diplomatic missions.
Confidentiality
We conduct part of our work via private briefings for government bodies and partners whenever open disclosure raises security concerns.
